who owns the HUMMER name?

i heard they were bought by a foreign company but hummer is still on gm’s site so who knows?
Answer:
Originally, the Hummer brand was to be discontinued. Then, it was announced that it would be sold to the Chinese company: Sichuan Tengzhong Heavy Industrial Machinery Company. Chinese state radio announced that the bid by Sichuan Tengzhong to buy Hummer would be blocked both on environmental grounds by the National Development and Reform Commission on the basis that the company “lacks expertise in car production”. So at the moment, GM still owns the Hummer name.
