It is what keeps the weather out of our homes.It definitely gives us shelter and that is the very reason why people always refer to roofs over their heads. First of all you can usually need to get your roof inspected if it is 20 years or older.Once the roof starts getting that old then basically there will be problems. The next thing you need to check for are the probably missing parts of your roof. Sometimes you can see missing shingles on your roof. The next thing that you definitely need to check for are leaks. Of course you have to wait till it rains but small leaks usually mean big problems. At that point you really need to have it inspected.
