Okay, I’ve looked around online and Yahoo! Answers but haven’t found a good solution to this problem. My surround sound used to be working fine before, but now the front speakers not longer work after moving. When I raise the volume very high on my speakers I notice feedback coming from the front left speaker and when I test it muffled sound goes to the other speakers. My motherboard (GA-MA790GP-DS4H) is using a integrated sound card, I am using Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit, and Realtek Audio Manager with updated drivers. I would also like to note that the hardware is working fine since I plugged these speakers into a different computer and they all worked perfectly right away. Speakers are Logitech X-540.

Answer:
Will if the speakers work on another computer then we now know it’s the other computer sound card. With the computer on go to control panel find an pull up performance and maintenance then find system. Now find the hardware tab pull it up.Now find the device manager pull that up. find the sound an video controller’s double click one at a time on each one if you see yellow question marks then you have software conflicts. try rolling back the drivers this should put the drivers back before any upgrades . If this doesn’t work you can go through system restore an go back to a date before the move. You may want to back up any files that you wish to keep cause sometime restore will delete files by accident. I hope this will help you. Good luck.
