I saw a nasty motorcycle accident the other day and the rider died (he was laying on the asphalt with a sheet over him, I could only see his feet sticking out and his shoes were knocked off by the force of the impact). I cannot be sure, but if he had been in a car, he probably would have lived (he was hit by an SUV). So, why would anybody do something so dangerous where one mistake or accident could kill you – especially when there are safer alternatives. Motorcycle riders are suicidal, right? They must want to die, right?
